Job description
A large, diversified business operating across multiple service-driven sectors in the UAE and the wider region needs an FP&A and Performance Lead to bring rigor to how it plans, measures and reports performance. You prepare and oversee financial forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis, developing performance measurement frameworks and KPIs that senior management can actually act on. The annual budgeting process runs through you across the Group, with thorough planning, consolidation and stakeholder alignment behind every cycle. Periodic forecasting and rolling forecast cycles get managed closely, surfacing risks, opportunities and performance trends as they emerge. Revenue, cost, headcount, capex and cash flow plans are developed in partnership with business leaders, feeding into group-wide financial performance analysis and recommendations for senior leadership. Monthly, quarterly and ad hoc management reporting packs get prepared and delivered, alongside variance analysis that identifies the financial drivers behind performance. Customer, contract, business unit and service line profitability get evaluated regularly, and financial modelling and scenario analysis support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, mergers and acquisitions. Governance, controls and reporting standards get strengthened across the organisation, and the FP&A team is led, mentored and developed throughout.
