Operational Technology, Core IT, ERP environments and Cybersecurity all fall under this Group Head of Technology Audit role, leading the organization's group-wide technology audit function from Riyadh. You develop and execute a risk-based audit strategy aligned with the Internal Audit function's objectives, providing independent assurance over technology risks across the group. Executive management gets a trusted advisor in this role, one capable of operating at both a strategic and technical level while influencing senior stakeholders. The annual risk assessment process gets led directly, feeding a comprehensive technology audit plan that covers OT environments, Core IT infrastructure, ERP systems, cybersecurity programs and digital transformation initiatives. Technology governance, risk management and internal controls get evaluated for effectiveness, with audit results, risk insights and recommendations presented to senior management and audit leadership. You monitor and validate remediation of audit findings, keeping the control environment moving toward continuous improvement. A high-performing technology audit team gets led, mentored and developed under this role, staying current on industry trends, technology risks, cyber threats and regulatory developments. Special reviews, investigations and advisory engagements get supported as they arise, extending the role's reach beyond the standard audit cycle.
