Job description
The RevOps & Commercial Strategy Partner at Checkout.com will serve as the key business partner to the MENA Commercial Leadership team, covering UAE and KSA, providing data-driven insights on business trends and commercial KPIs to drive productivity. This role will own regional revenue forecasting through a regular cadence and pipeline management process, while acting as an agent for change by delivering on go-to-market initiatives such as sales territory planning, verticalization, and customer segmentation. Responsibilities include operationalizing the MENA commercial strategy through process improvements, structuring, and leading cross-functional projects with teams across Commercial, Product, and Marketing. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, commercial reporting skills, and the ability to present insights to influence strategic decisions. Candidates should have prior experience in management consulting, revenue/business operations, strategy, or finance, with advanced Excel proficiency, CRM management experience, and an analytical mindset. Familiarity with Looker, SQL, sales forecasting, territory planning, and customer journey mapping is advantageous. The role operates in a fast-paced FinTech environment with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring three days per week in the office to support collaboration.

Experience & skills
- Previous experience in management consulting, revenue/business operations, strategy, finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel proficiency and CRM management experience
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting and presenting data
- Ability to deliver strategic recommendations and engage productively with senior leaders
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating across departments
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with resilience and adaptability
- Experience in sales forecasting, territory planning, customer journey mapping, and sales process improvement is advantageous
- Experience with Looker and SQL is advantageous
