Job description
NVIDIA is seeking a creative and innovative Proposal Center Manager to lead high-impact proposal efforts within its Worldwide Field Operations (WWFO). This role supports global enterprise sales with top-tier proposal strategy and execution, driving revenue growth through compelling, strategic deliverables. The manager will lead cross-functional teams, integrate advanced tools (including AI) to streamline processes, and build strategic internal and external partnerships. The ideal candidate blends sales acumen with technical knowledge, influencing key business decisions and expanding NVIDIAās market reach.

Key responsibilities
- Own and manage multiple, simultaneous proposals for NVIDIAās enterprise solutions, ensuring high quality, compliance, and win potential
- Partner with global sales, field teams, and product experts to identify, qualify, and pursue high-impact opportunities
- Develop compelling value propositions and win strategies tailored to customer needs and market trends
- Build and coordinate virtual teams across solution architects, engineering, marketing, product management, sales operations, and external partners
- Foster collaboration and accountability, ensuring timely and effective proposal delivery
- Champion the adoption of AI and advanced tools to automate and enhance proposal workflows
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes, setting new standards for efficiency and impact
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support channel ecosystem growth and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Track and report on proposal outcomes, revenue impact, and process improvements to drive continuous growth
Experience & skills
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience) from a leading University; Masterās or MBA is desirable
- 7+ years of Proposal Center management
- 5+ years of professional sales/management experience
- Track record of successfully growing revenue for new innovative technology-based solutions
- Confirmed ability to work effectively in highly matrixed organization
- Business and technical knowledge of NVIDIA products and services
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, channel economics, negotiation tactics, sales opportunity reviews, and value differentiators
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to translate and present complex marketing and technical content to a variety of customers and audiences
- Experience influencing business practices and aligning products with customer needs
