Job description
The Store Manager – FARM Rio (Jawharat Jeddah) leads the store operations for Chalhoub Group’s premium luxury fashion brand. The role is responsible for representing the brand, executing the store action plan, achieving sales targets and KPIs, and managing the customer database to build long-term relationships and sales opportunities. The Store Manager ensures the team is aligned with business objectives, stays updated on trends, products, and competitors, and leverages hybrid retail operations across online and offline channels. The position emphasizes leadership, coaching, and talent development, creating a positive work environment, monitoring team growth, implementing performance improvement plans, and promoting a growth mindset. Strong fluency in English and prior experience in premium or luxury fashion retail are required, along with the ability to deliver a seamless customer experience and support the brand’s vision and values.

Key responsibilities
- Lead by example and represent the FARM Rio brand, communicating its values and philosophy in all interactions with customers and team members
- Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage the customer database to build strong relationships with customers and identify future sales opportunities
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, products, and competitors, and provide feedback to back-office stakeholders
- Leverage hybrid retail operations by integrating online and offline sales channels for maximum impact
- Provide clear vision and direction to the team regarding business and store objectives
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent while fostering a positive work environment based on trust, respect, and fairness
- Act as a coach for team members, promoting professional growth and leveraging available learning tools and platforms
- Monitor and document team development plans and professional growth, ensuring performance improvement plans are implemented transparently
Experience & skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a Premium or Luxury fashion brand
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team, creating a positive and high-performance work environment
- Experience in managing sales targets, KPIs, and customer relationship programs
- Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and omnichannel sales strategies
- Ability to stay current with fashion trends, products, and competitor activity
- Competence in leveraging point-of-sale systems and managing customer databases
- Experience coaching staff and implementing performance improvement plans
