Job description
The Senior Business Development Manager (Forex & Fintech Partnerships) is responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives for DB Investing, a multi-regulated Forex broker operating across the UAE, Europe, Africa, and global markets. The role focuses on identifying, acquiring, and managing B2B partnerships including affiliates, Introducing Brokers (IBs), fund managers, and white-label clients, while driving expansion strategies into new markets such as GCC, Asia, and Latam. The position requires deep expertise in Forex trading products, trading platforms such as MT5, and regulatory frameworks governing financial markets. The manager leads partner negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing performance management, ensuring seamless integration in collaboration with marketing, compliance, and sales teams. Responsibilities include monitoring competitor activity and market trends to optimize acquisition strategies, representing the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities, and reporting directly to the Chief of Business Development. The role operates in a fast-paced, multicultural fintech environment, requiring independent execution of growth initiatives and delivery of measurable business outcomes. The position emphasizes building strong partner ecosystems, driving revenue growth through strategic alliances, and leveraging knowledge of Forex industry dynamics and B2B client portfolios to expand global market presence.

- Identify, acquire, and manage B2B partnerships with affiliates, Introducing Brokers (IBs), fund managers, and white-label clients
- Develop and execute market expansion strategies targeting regions such as GCC, Asia, and Latam
- Lead negotiations, onboarding processes, and performance management for key partners
- Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and sales teams to ensure seamless partner integration and alignment with business objectives
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to optimize client acquisition and partnership strategies
- Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand market presence
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and measurable business development initiatives
- Manage partner relationships and ensure long-term engagement and performance optimization
- Report business development activities, performance metrics, and growth initiatives to the Chief of Business Development
- Execute independent business development initiatives in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
Experience & skills
- Possess 5+ years of proven experience in business development within the Forex or Fintech industry
- Demonstrate strong portfolio of B2B clients including affiliates, IBs, fund managers, and white-label partners
- Exhibit deep understanding of Forex products, trading platforms such as MT5, and regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrate experience in managing partnerships, negotiations, onboarding, and performance management
- Show capability to develop and execute market expansion strategies across multiple regions
- Possess strong knowledge of competitor analysis and market trend monitoring within Forex industry
- Exhibit ability to work independently and deliver measurable growth results
- Demonstrate fluency in English with additional languages such as Arabic, Spanish, or French considered an advantage
- Show willingness to be based in or relocate to Dubai
- Demonstrate experience representing organizations at industry events, expos, and networking engagements
