Job description
Microsoft is hiring a Data Center Logistics Technician in Dammam to support logistics operations including auditing, inventory management, RMA processing, and secure handling of IT hardware. The role supports Microsoftâs data center infrastructure powering Azure, Xbox, Office 365, and more.

Key responsibilities
- Perform inbound/outbound logistics tasks including audits and inventory reconciliations
- Coordinate third-party vendor deliveries and data-bearing device destruction
- Initiate and track warranty/RMA claims for failed hardware
- Operate heavy-load movement equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain and update inventory systems with accurate asset data
- Comply with Microsoft data management and security standards
- Identify and report inventory issues or shortages to management
- Support sustainable operations in line with environmental practices
Experience & skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1â2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or IT environment preferred
- Experience with inventory and asset management systems is a plus
- Familiarity with IT hardware and secure destruction protocols
- Ability to work fully onsite and pass Microsoft Cloud background check
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
