Job description
The role oversees the full Learning & Development function at Jumeirah The Red Sea, ensuring compliance with Jumeirah’s HR training processes and standards. Responsibilities include conducting annual learning and development needs analysis, developing and implementing a property-wide annual training plan, and collaborating with Corporate Learning & Development to achieve regional training targets and ensure consistent delivery. The position designs training sessions tailored to operational needs across hotel departments, delivers programs, and evaluates effectiveness post-delivery to ensure training objectives and performance outcomes are met. The role requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong leadership and team management capabilities, and 8–10 years of luxury hospitality experience in similar L&D roles. The manager will play a key role in supporting staff development and maintaining the high service standards synonymous with Jumeirah’s luxury brand.

Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Education, or related field
- Possess a qualification in a training and development-related field
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Have 8–10 years of hospitality experience in a similar role within the luxury hotel industry
- Exhibit leadership and team management skills
