Job description
The Senior Designer, Performance role at Tabby sits within the Brand Studio and owns how the Tabby brand appears across all paid media channels, transforming paid media into a compounding growth engine that blends brand-level creative craft with performance-level feedback loops. The role is responsible for concepting, prototyping, and executing brand and marketing experiences for paid ads across all media channels, including bold brand advertising, performance creatives, social content, videos, and culturally relevant visual formats. The designer collaborates closely with marketing, product, and design teams to deeply understand Tabby’s financial products, customer behaviors, and brand positioning, ensuring visual consistency, high-quality storytelling, and a user-centric approach across every touchpoint. The role contributes to building and maintaining a cohesive Tabby brand identity system, including palette, components, typography, motion, and visual standards, while owning the visual consistency of the paid media brand stream. The position leverages data, insights, and performance metrics to inform creative decisions, improve creative effectiveness, and directly impact core growth metrics such as conversion rate (CR), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV). The role requires deep expertise in motion design using After Effects, strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools, and the ability to build repeatable creative systems such as templates, modular components, seasonal playbooks, and standards for speed and quality. The designer is also expected to explore and implement AI-assisted workflows to accelerate ideation, iteration, localization, and versioning without compromising craft, while operating autonomously in a fully remote, experiment-driven environment.
