Job description
The Senior Manager, HR Analytics & Business Intelligence at ROSHN (a national real estate developer powered by the Public Investment Fund) drives advanced HR analytics and business intelligence to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role develops and executes an HR analytics strategy and roadmap; designs, builds, and manages executive-level HR dashboards, reporting systems, and data visualization assets leveraging Oracle HRIS, Power BI, and analytics platforms; and partners closely with HRIS, IT, and EPMO to ensure end-to-end data quality, data integration, and automation. The position provides analytical insights on workforce trends, productivity, and employee experience to inform strategic HR initiatives; establishes governance standards for HR data and reporting; and delivers executive dashboards that translate complex HR data into clear business insights that strengthen HR strategies and business outcomes, aligned with ROSHNâs mission to deliver high-quality communities in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
