Job description
The Head of Commercial Support at Cigna KSA is responsible for managing and leading a team that supports the commercial function to enhance operational efficiency and sales performance. This role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing processes, overseeing forecasting and business planning in coordination with commercial heads, and supporting the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in strategic initiatives. Acting as a key liaison between sales, support, and other departments, the position emphasizes data-driven decision-making, resource management, and communication alignment. Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Develop Sales and Marketing process manuals in coordination with all stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans, and implement them within the sales support function
- Monitor sales activities, analyze data, and provide reports to identify areas for improvement
- Develop Sales and Marketing authority matrix and liaise with local and global stakeholders
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team, support team, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Develop and optimize sales support processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop sales forecasting and outcomes in coordination with the other commercial heads
- Manage sales support team and ensure compliance with the organizationās policies and procedures
Experience & skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Minimum 5 years of managerial exposure
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., MIS, business, marketing); Masterās is a plus
- Excellent communication in both English and Arabic
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proven ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of sales processes and tools
- Experience in developing sales strategies and target setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
