Job description
As a Corporate Support Specialist at ADCB, you will act as the bridge between relationship managers and corporate clients, providing end-to-end support in account opening, transaction processing, loan program facilitation, and alternative banking channels. You will ensure seamless client experiences while maintaining compliance with internal policies and banking regulations.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Respond to corporate client queries and complete financial and trade-related transactions.
- Support coverage teams in managing new and existing commercial client bank account openings.
- Assist relationship managers in preparing and disbursing specific loan products and programs.
- Resolve client issues related to alternative banking channels.
- Create and track internal memos, corporate customer letters, and departmental documentation.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.
- Monitor and follow up on documentation, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Corporate Support function.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 4 years’ banking experience in account operations, corporate client support, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of conventional and Shari’ah compliant banking products.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proactive team player with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with banking systems and internal documentation processes.
