Job description
Oversees protocol operations for Global Village, coordinating official visits, VIP engagements, and dignitary receptions. Ensures full compliance with UAE protocol standards while liaising with government entities and internal teams to deliver flawless, culturally aligned guest experiences.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate protocol activities for official visits and events
- Oversee reception plans for dignitaries and high-profile guests, including scheduling and hospitality
- Liaise with government entities and internal teams to ensure compliance with UAE traditions and formal protocol
- Prepare briefing documents, ceremonial guides, and communication materials for leadership and event staff
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all protocol engagements
- Support Security and Guest Services teams with VIP escorting and crowd management strategies
- Represent Global Village professionally and with cultural sensitivity in all external interactions
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Communication, Public Relations, or Business Administration
- 2â3 yearsâ experience in protocol, guest relations, or public affairs
- Experience in high-profile or government-facing environments preferred
- Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, public-facing operations
- High performance teamwork and cooperation skills
