Job description
Responsible for designing and implementing paid social media strategies for Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) within the Retail Banking Group, contributing to the broader digital marketing strategy across multiple channels including paid search, display, programmatic, social media, and affiliate networks. The Senior Specialist manages performance-driven campaigns, optimizes company pages, monitors competitor activity, analyses customer feedback, and executes audience targeting strategies. The role includes overseeing influencer marketing initiatives, measuring ROI on brand and product campaigns, and coordinating with internal and external teams for campaign execution and community management. The position also involves reporting, presenting insights to stakeholders, and integrating paid social performance with other marketing channels using advanced analytics, data visualization, and measurement tools. Compliance with organizational policies, service standards, and digital best practices is required, while ensuring campaigns meet business objectives and enhance customer engagement. The role requires staying updated with industry tools, technologies, and social media trends to maximize campaign effectiveness and achieve measurable results.

- Design and implement paid social media strategy aligned with Bank-wide digital marketing objectives
- Manage performance-driven campaigns across paid search, display, programmatic, paid social, and affiliates
- Set campaign strategies, research potential marketing channels, and analyse competitors to inform future campaigns
- Oversee all campaign activities and processes to ensure optimal execution and performance
- Maintain in-depth understanding of marketplace, monitor competitors, and analyse customer feedback for recommendations
- Lead execution of social media strategy through research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
- Set up and optimize company pages to increase visibility and engagement
- Moderate user-generated content in line with company policies to ensure compliance
- Coordinate influencer marketing strategies and measure ROI in brand and product marketing
- Analyse campaign performance to exceed stakeholder expectations and KPIs
- Manage community and response management between vendors and internal teams, providing recommendations for improvement
- Generate reports, conduct studies, and present findings to stakeholders to demonstrate impact
- Analyse media data to integrate paid social with other media formats and channels
- Coordinate with data suppliers and third-party data experts for data visualization and presentation
- Adhere to organizational policies, processes, SOPs, and instructions to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Manage self in accordance with people management policies and demonstrate ADCB Service Standards
Experience & skills
- At least 5 years of experience managing paid, owned, and earned digital channels and digital marketing accounts
- Proficiency in Facebook-Instagram Business Manager, Twitter Advertising Platform, LinkedIn Advertising Platform
- Experience in managing campaign analytics via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, listening and measurement tools
- Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business Development
- Facebook Blueprint certified
- Google Advertising Advanced Exam
- Data-driven mindset with knowledge of online marketing and major marketing channels
- Ability to set performance targets aligned with business goals
- Capable of orchestrating multiple campaigns across various channels simultaneously
