Job description
The Lead Engineer - OT Cybersecurity at CPX provides management and technical leadership within the Cyber Solutions Consulting team to support the Director in achieving team and organizational objectives. The role delivers technical oversight of projects and service delivery, contributes to Cyber Solutions Delivery across presales pursuits, and provides leadership across cross-business unit presales and project engagements. The position is responsible for designing cyber transformation solutions including assessments, remediation, roadmap planning, general systems integration, and deployments, while offering guidance from a technology architecture perspective across CPX internal initiatives. The role contributes to the CPX project delivery framework and ensures technical oversight across internal and external projects, while continuously developing Cyber Solutions Delivery policies, procedures, standards, and standard operating procedures. The Lead Engineer collaborates with partners, vendors, quality assurance, and account managers to provide technical direction on solution designs and facilitates the creation of innovative, value-driven solutions that align with client strategic direction. The role supports end-to-end cyber resilience program advisory, transformation, and operations, translating client organizational objectives and critical success factors into actionable business strategies, plans, and enterprise architecture. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, data collection, analysis, problem resolution, reviewing technical and business processes, and recommending continuous improvements. The role also contributes to Cyber Solutions Consulting strategy, supports sales pursuits, bid development, pricing, estimations, develops financially sound proposals, manages financial performance, builds and manages technical capabilities, defines architectural standards, implements best practices, establishes success metrics, and leads teams by aligning performance plans with operational objectives.

Key responsibilities
- Provide management and supervision to the Cyber Solutions Consulting team to support delivery and strategic objectives
- Design cyber transformation solutions including assessments, remediation, roadmap planning, systems integration, and deployments
- Deliver technical oversight across internal and external projects in alignment with the CPX project delivery framework
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Cyber Solutions Delivery policies, procedures, standards, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with partners, vendors, quality assurance, and account managers to provide technical direction on solution designs
- Facilitate the design and presentation of innovative cyber solutions with quantifiable value propositions aligned to client strategy
- Translate client organizational objectives and critical success factors into actionable business strategies and enterprise architecture
- Provide end-to-end cyber resilience program advisory, transformation, and operational support to clients
- Support sales pursuits through bid development, pricing, estimations, and proposal creation
- Develop financially sound proposals and contribute to managing the financial performance of Cyber Solutions Delivery
- Build, develop, and manage technical capabilities including resource allocation, skills development, training, and certifications
- Define architectural standards for the design and deployment of client cybersecurity solutions
- Implement best practices, optimize processes, establish success metrics, and track team performance against operational objectives
Experience & skills
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of enterprise-level cybersecurity experience with hands-on client-facing systems integration exposure
- Demonstrate expertise in cybersecurity architecture, controls, and best practices
- Hold a CISSP certification or equivalent relevant experience, with preferred certifications including CISM or CISA
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or an equivalent qualification
- Exhibit experience supporting presales activities, bid development, pricing, and estimations within cybersecurity consulting environments
