Job description
The Corporate Access Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of a diverse events calendar for STG and its subsidiaries. The role focuses on driving revenue through events and corporate access products, managing sponsorship and client entertainment strategies, and ensuring high standards in the execution of events. The position also involves operational oversight, compliance with company policies, reporting, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a diverse events calendar for STG and its subsidiaries.
- Drive revenue by creating and leading revenue-generating events and corporate access products.
- Execute and lead standards for the participation of all employees in events and workshops.
- Operate all aspects of events and workshops for STG and its subsidiaries.
- Develop and implement a sponsorship strategy to enhance event funding and visibility.
- Execute and lead a client entertainment strategy to strengthen client relationships and foster partnerships.
- Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company’s standards.
- Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.
- Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
- Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
- Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or Finance or Project Management (required).
- Master Degree (preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in project management.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience in data analysis.
- Experience in vendor management.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
