Job description
BD's Peripheral Intervention business covers products and services for peripheral arterial and venous disease, cancer detection and end-stage renal disease, and this Riyadh position helps the META region run it more effectively. Four areas shape the work, namely Commercial Excellence, Distributor Excellence, Order Enablement and Business Analytics. On the commercial side, Salesforce (SFDC) adoption, account segmentation, and pricing and gross profit tools are yours to drive. Distributors are tracked through performance tools and secondary sales analysis, with inventory trends watched closely for supply risk. Demand planning and forecast accuracy improve through close work with supply chain and commercial teams, which in turn feeds supply allocation. Dashboards built in Power BI, along with sales performance reports and commercial insights, support business reviews, budgets and quarterly forecasts. Product launches and marketing initiatives will need analytical support too. Much of this depends on influence rather than authority, since regional Commercial Excellence teams, finance and supply chain all have a stake. The role is fully office-based, and strong experience in business analytics, commercial operations or sales enablement using SAP and Salesforce is expected.
