Job description
Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) are the independent businesses that carry Amazon parcels to customers' doors, and this Logistics Executive is their main link with Amazon from the Dubai South branch of Q Express Documents Transport LLC. Sitting in the Delivery Partner Management team, the role covers the DSP relationship across the full business lifecycle. Daily work centres on monitoring programme performance and owning the network compliance score for your assigned accounts. When issues come up, you coordinate with stakeholders across operations to resolve them. Behind the scenes there is plenty of analysis, from mapping business requirements and studying workflows to preparing functional specifications for improvements. Performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting and budgeting all draw on the same data-driven approach. DSP owners also rely on the team for advice on business planning, so a good grasp of transportation industry practice matters. A Bachelor's degree, fluent English and experience in a customer-facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment are required.
