Job description
The Senior Consumer Account Manager at Bayzat is responsible for driving client engagement, satisfaction, and renewals across insurance products while optimizing operational and service processes. The role involves preparing insurance quotations for new and existing clients, liaising with insurance companies and brokerage partners, and managing policy documentation. The position ensures proactive communication with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms, building rapport, and cross-selling additional products. The manager is responsible for educating clients on Bayzat Health applications, redesigning service and renewal processes to enhance efficiency, and partnering with technology teams to optimize the Bayzat platform for user experience. The role requires maintaining CRM records, developing and delivering ongoing customer service and sales training, monitoring key performance metrics, and staying updated on market or industry changes. Operating within a high-growth SaaS and HRTech environment, the position requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, problem-solving, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve company objectives.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare insurance quotations for new customers and manage renewals for existing customers.
- Proactively follow up with potential customers through multiple communication channels including email, phone, and WhatsApp.
- Educate prospective clients on insurance products, mechanics, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with brokerage partners and insurance companies to obtain quotations, issue policies, and respond to client inquiries.
- Maintain accountability for client renewal rates and agreed-upon performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including organizing meetings to cross-sell products and enhance engagement.
- Train and educate clients on the Bayzat Health application to maximize adoption and satisfaction.
- Redesign and optimize customer service and renewal processes for efficiency and improved client experience.
- Collaborate with design and technology teams to optimize Bayzat’s platform and user experience, minimizing required client touchpoints.
- Maintain and update CRM systems to reflect process changes and operational optimizations.
- Develop and deliver ongoing customer service and sales training based on insights from day-to-day operations.
Experience & skills
- 2 to 5 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in insurance or SaaS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic fluency preferred.
- Strong strategic, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge to support client interactions.
- Adaptability to changing processes and work structures.
