New commercial clients, and the full range of products they could use, are the focus of this Associate Relationship Manager role in ADCB's Commercial Banking team in Dubai. The role is open to UAE Nationals only and offered on a 3-year fixed-term contract. Wallet exercises show where the bank's product suite can meet each client's needs, and a smooth onboarding experience gets the relationship off to a good start. Client dossiers capture current and future needs, so advice on new solutions and emerging opportunities stays relevant. Credit is a core part of the work, from gathering reports from support units to preparing credit applications and reporting on each client's risk profile. Approving authorities rely on you to flag changes promptly so they can act. Targets and profitable transactions drive performance, always within the bank's policies and procedures. At least 4 years in a commercial banking environment and a bachelor's degree are required.
