Job description
Procore is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to ensure the success of its Commercial customers in adopting and realising value from Procore’s construction management platform. The role involves consulting with organisations on construction technology best practices, making data-driven recommendations, and providing product updates. The Senior CSE will partner closely with Sales, PS, Support, Product, and Marketing, and will act as both a trusted advisor and product expert. Passion for construction and technology is essential, as is the ability to deliver value-driven solutions and foster customer adoption.

Key responsibilities
- Make data-driven recommendations to customers on optimising the value of Procore.
- Craft value-based presentations addressing customer business problems to accelerate adoption.
- Provide product roadmap and release updates to customers.
- Deliver the highest level of responsiveness and customer service through clear communication.
- Foster a positive team culture by mentoring fellow team members.
- Collaborate across the organisation to develop best practices and support Procore’s growth.
- Develop mastery of Procore’s products, services, and industry best practices.
- Travel up to 50% to client sites, industry events, and Procore offices.
Experience & skills
- Passion for construction and technology.
- Demonstrated success in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Pre-Sales, or Construction Industry roles such as Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Project Finance Manager, Estimator, or Project Engineer.
- Strong technical aptitude to master Procore’s offerings and emerging technologies.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills in-person, virtually, and in writing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to extract insights from ambiguous data.
- Experience as a technology evangelist for modernising the construction industry is a plus.
- Understanding of construction industry verticals (general contracting, subcontracting, real estate development, etc.) is a plus.
- Positive energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
