Job description
Master Works needs someone who can sit between the data warehouse and the boardroom, and that is exactly where this Data & Analytics Consultant role operates. You lead the business intelligence and data engineering functions, overseeing the enterprise data warehouse, ETL/ELT pipelines and the wider BI reporting environment. Operations, HR, Finance, IT and Strategy all treat this role as a strategic partner, bringing business requirements that get translated into concrete data and analytics solutions. Power BI dashboards, reports and visualizations get designed and built here, backed by SQL queries developed and optimized for extraction, transformation and analysis. Data modeling, integration and quality work run alongside KPI definition, giving stakeholders metrics they can actually trust. Collaboration runs deep too, with Data Engineers, BI Developers and Data Scientists working alongside this position, and validation checks keep analytical outputs accurate and consistent. Executive-level presentations and analytical reports come out of this work regularly, feeding decisions at the top of the business. Governance, automation opportunities and emerging analytics methodologies, including AI-driven analytics, all stay part of the ongoing remit.
