The Senior IT Designer – Exhibition & Experience Design role is a creative and technically driven position within a leading experiential design and events organisation based in Dubai. The role focuses on developing innovative exhibition stand concepts, translating client briefs into immersive spatial experiences, and delivering high-quality design solutions across end-to-end project lifecycles. The position involves developing exhibition design concepts including layouts, mood boards, narratives, and client presentations aligned to project briefs, while creating high-quality 3D renders, IT design visuals, and presentation materials for client approval. The role requires preparing detailed design documentation including material specifications, furniture, lighting, and production-ready files, while collaborating closely with sales teams, estimators, creative teams, strategists, and technical and production teams to deliver integrated solutions. The Senior IT Designer is responsible for designing visitor journey experiences for exhibition stands, demonstrating strong understanding of engagement and activation concepts, ensuring all designs align with budget constraints, CRM targets, and company standards. The position also involves reviewing technical drawings prior to production to ensure design intent and feasibility, supporting production teams with sample boards, material specifications, and onsite execution quality control. Additionally, the role requires staying up to date with design trends, materials, finishes, and activation concepts to enhance creative output, while contributing new ideas and design approaches to continuously improve studio output and offerings. The position requires expertise in exhibition, event, commercial, retail, or architectural design, proficiency in 3D design, rendering tools, presentation software, and strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and production processes.
