Job description
The Financial Analyst – ADM Management (Corporate Affairs) is responsible for the maintenance and updating of all Group and Overseas Authority Delegation Manuals (ADM) and related system configurations, especially within the Oracle iProcurement platform. This role supports various business groups in establishing, maintaining, and updating ADM structures and ensures timely updates in the ADM repository. Responsibilities include exploring innovative automation solutions to streamline processes, reduce costs, and add value while ensuring adherence to bank policies and ethical standards. Key tasks involve preparation of MIS reports, safeguarding original documentation, and alignment of ADM across departments for consistency. The analyst must possess system-level knowledge, particularly of procurement-related applications, and contribute to risk and control practices through awareness of RCSA processes. Strong analytical and communication skills are required to fulfill this function effectively within the bank’s operational framework.

- Maintain and update all Groups and Overseas Locations Authority Delegation Manual (ADM) and related system configuration
- Support all business groups in establishing, maintaining, and updating ADM
- Configure the iProcurement system in line with ADM changes
- Explore and implement innovative automation ideas to simplify and modernize processes
- Adhere to bank’s values, code of conduct, and internal policies
- Understand business requirements related to ADM
- Apply system-level knowledge of Oracle iProcurement
- Follow SOPs for efficient operational functioning
- Ensure mandatory updates in the ADM Repository
- Safeguard original ADM sign-off documents and related papers
- Understand and implement Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
- Prepare and deliver various MIS reports
- Identify automation opportunities aligned with bank policy
- Recommend ADM alignment for consistency across business groups
Experience & skills
- Graduate with minimum 3 years of related system experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting
- Basic knowledge of banking systems and Oracle procurement applications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Team-oriented and punctual with innovative mindset
