Job description
The role owns the full services sales lifecycle from identification through proposal and closure, builds and maintains relationships with executive and technical stakeholders, and collaborates with architects and delivery teams to scope and align consulting, training, and TAM solutions to meet customer business outcomes. The manager forecasts and maintains pipeline accurately using RHSC, Anaplan, or designated tools, identifies follow-on business opportunities post-delivery, facilitates contract negotiations and pricing agreements, and ensures delivery plans are properly aligned between the customer and delivery team. The position requires excellent English and Arabic communication skills, executive engagement capabilities, and willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities
- Own the full services sales lifecycle, from identification to proposal to close.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders (executive and technical) within assigned accounts.
- Lead development and presentation of proposals aligned to customer business outcomes across training, consulting, and TAM solutions.
- Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to scope and align solutions with capability and customer needs.
- Maintain and forecast pipeline accurately in RHSC, Anaplan, or designated tools.
- Identify follow-on business opportunities post-delivery to grow account value.
- Ensure delivery governance with aligned plans between customer and delivery teams.
Experience & skills
- Proficiency in service solution design for consulting, training, and TAM solutions to meet client business needs.
- Ability to independently manage and advance sales cycles (opportunity management).
- Ability to provide accurate forecast inputs aligned to pipeline health (sales forecasting).
- Experience managing and maintaining key customer stakeholder relationships effectively (customer relationship management).
- Capability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers (executive communication).
- Skill in facilitating contract negotiations and pricing agreements (negotiation).
- Experience ensuring delivery plans are properly aligned between customer and delivery teams (delivery governance).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations throughout Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
