Job description
The KSA Account Executive â Cross Industry role at Salesforce is a full-time, Saudi Arabiaâbased position (initially under a UAE employment contract until the KSA entity is operational). Reporting to the Core Sales team, this position focuses on driving Salesforce adoption and revenue growth across Saudi public sector and cross-industry customers. The Account Executive will manage both existing relationships and new business development within the assigned territory, owning the vision, strategy, and stakeholder management for a portfolio of accounts. Acting as the key point of contact, the role partners with virtual teams of Cloud Specialists, Solution Experts, and supporting colleagues to align Salesforceâs AI-powered CRM solutionsâincluding Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce Cloudsâto customer business objectives. Candidates must demonstrate a strong track record in enterprise software sales (preferably within Financial Services or Public Sector), proven ability to lead virtual teams, and thought leadership in Artificial Intelligence as it relates to CRM and digital transformation. Fluency in Arabic, a local driving license, and deep familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market are advantageous.

Key responsibilities
- Drive sales growth within an assigned Saudi Arabian territory across new and existing customers.
- Develop and execute account strategies to increase Salesforce adoption and revenue across public sector and cross-industry clients.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pipeline development, territory planning, proposal presentation, and deal closing.
- Collaborate with Cloud Specialists, Solution Engineers, and supporting teams to deliver cohesive, customer-centric Salesforce solutions.
- Lead account vision and stakeholder engagement at executive levels to align Salesforce offerings with customer business priorities.
- Manage both new business generation and expansion within existing accounts under a unified growth target.
- Communicate Salesforceâs value proposition effectively to close complex enterprise deals.
- Participate in enablement and mentorship programs, applying Salesforceâs best-in-class sales methodologies (Sandler, Trailhead, Fast Ramp).
- Contribute to Salesforceâs 1:1:1 philanthropic model by engaging in community volunteer opportunities.
Experience & skills
- University graduate calibre with 7â10 years of proven experience in software or cloud solution sales.
- Demonstrable success in business development, territory planning, and pipeline generation leading to significant software sales closures.
- Experience managing public sector or financial services clients within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge and established network within the Saudi Arabian market.
- Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience managing virtual, cross-functional teams and delivering on strategic account objectives.
- Demonstrated thought leadership in Artificial Intelligence and its business applications.
- Holds a valid Saudi driving license.
- Ability to work under a UAE employment contract initially, transitioning to a Saudi Arabia contract upon local entity activation.
