Job description
The Senior Intelligence Analyst at Google (Mandiant Services) in Kuwait is responsible for producing actionable cyber threat intelligence to inform decision-makers and enhance client security operations. The role involves researching, analyzing, and correlating adversarial cyber threats, evaluating tools and methodologies used by attackers, and delivering intelligence briefings and reports to executives and technical teams. Operating within Google Cloudâs Mandiant Services, the analyst contributes to incident response, threat hunting, forensic analysis, and security transformation engagements. This role demands strong investigative capabilities, a deep understanding of the cyber attack lifecycle, and familiarity with tools for intrusion operations, enterprise security controls, and malware triage. The analyst will correlate and synthesize intelligence from diverse sources to understand attacker motivations, trends, and techniques. Additionally, the position requires articulation of complex technical concepts to stakeholders at various levels, including executives and analysts. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing clients' cyber resilience through intelligence-driven insights and by serving as a bridge to Googleâs global network of cybersecurity and threat intelligence professionals.

- Evaluate and implement best practices, emerging tools, and techniques for tracking advanced persistent threats and understanding adversarial behavior.
- Perform tactical and operational research and analysis of cyber threat actors and campaigns.
- Correlate and interpret intelligence data to develop comprehensive insights into tracked threat activity.
- Deliver tactical intelligence on threat groups, detailing their methodologies, motivations, and operational behaviors.
- Prepare, present, and deliver intelligence reports and briefings to clientsâ executive and security teams.
- Assist in the development and execution of intelligence-led security strategies for client organizations.
- Work with Mandiantâs global cybersecurity teams to share insights and enhance intelligence delivery within client environments.
- Contribute to incident response engagements by providing contextual intelligence support and analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate production of threat intelligence products to support decision-making and operational actions.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an investigative or intelligence production role supporting decision-makers or customers.
- Experience in threat intelligence research, report writing, and operational analysis.
- Experience with cybersecurity concepts, including intrusion detection, incident response, and enterprise security controls.
- Knowledge of malware analysis, network and host forensics, and traffic analysis tools.
- Experience working in a government or regulated environment handling threat intelligence operations.
- Proficiency with cyber attack lifecycle models and understanding of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
- Familiarity with Google products and working within a cloud-based investigative or incident response environment.
- Strong ability to communicate complex intelligence findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in program management or business operations within cybersecurity is preferred.
