- Oversee supply chain execution activities including purchase order management, budget tracking, cost control, and commercial correspondence with suppliers in alignment with the Project Procurement Manager.
- Monitor and control supplier schedules, proactively managing design dependencies, long-lead items, and sub-supplier performance to prevent delays.
- Lead and coordinate key supplier engagements including kick-off meetings, pre-inspection meetings, progress review meetings, and close-out sessions.
- Review and contribute to material requisitions, scope of work documents, and technical bid evaluations to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with project requirements.
- Ensure timely submission, review, and approval of all supplier documentation and deliverables, including drawings, data books, quality records, and certifications.
- Proactively identify, assess, and resolve technical, commercial, and quality-related issues in coordination with suppliers and relevant internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all materials and equipment supplied meet Lamprell’s quality standards, inspection requirements, and HSES policies.
- Track supplier performance metrics and implement corrective actions where required to maintain compliance with contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate reporting of package status, risks, and cost exposure to project leadership.
- Enforce strict adherence to HSES policies, procedures, and safe working practices across supplier activities.
- Ensure full compliance with Lamprell’s information security policies and confidentiality requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain and procurement functions.
