Job description
The Sales & Solution Lead for Capital Projects & Infrastructure (CP&I) Managed Services at PwC is responsible for developing, designing, and selling comprehensive managed services solutions tailored to enterprise clients in the Middle East. The position involves engaging with clients to identify business needs, defining requirements, and crafting CP&I managed services offerings including DMO, Time Control, Cost Control, Construction Claims Administration, and Capital Procurement Services. The role requires managing complex solutioning processes, collaborating with internal teams across delivery, pricing, alliances, and legal, and building competitive proposals that align with client objectives. The Sales & Solution Lead will support business development efforts, coordinate with other Lines of Service (LOSs), and create go-to-market strategies. Additional responsibilities include articulating and presenting managed services models covering SLAs, XLAs, KPIs, TCO, and ROI to clients and internal stakeholders, supporting the full sales cycle from qualification to closure, and monitoring market trends and innovation in the managed services and infrastructure domain. The candidate must have 10ā15 years of experience in CP&I managed services sales, strong commercial acumen, PMP certification, and proficiency in English and Arabic.

Key responsibilities
- Lead solutioning and design for enterprise clients within the Capital Projects & Infrastructure Managed Services tower.
- Engage directly with clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and tailor managed services offerings.
- Collaborate with internal managed services teams across delivery, pricing, alliances, and legal to build proposals and value propositions.
- Coordinate with the CP&I Managed Services tower lead regarding proposals, opportunities, wins, and resource availability.
- Collaborate with other Lines of Service leadership to identify CP&I Managed Services roles within broader business opportunities.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for managed services and participate in pipeline building activities.
- Articulate and present managed services models, including SLAs, XLAs, KPIs, TCO, and ROI, to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support the sales cycle from qualification through negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with client strategies and internal capabilities.
- Stay current with market trends, competitive positioning, and innovation within the managed services sector.
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Possess 10ā15 years of experience in Capital Projects & Infrastructure managed services sales within the Middle East region.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to craft and sell CP&I tower managed services solutions.
- Show strong knowledge across managed services offerings including DMO, Time Control, Cost Control, Construction Claims Administration, and Capital Procurement Services.
- Exhibit experience in building TCO models and managing commercial discussions.
- Be PMP certified.
- Display excellent communication and presentation skills for engagement with C-level stakeholders.
- Be proficient in written and spoken English and Arabic.
