The Senior Manager - Master Planning at Bloom Holding will be responsible for leading the master planning function across large-scale developments in Abu Dhabi. The role involves defining land use strategies, overseeing the design and coordination of zoning, infrastructure, traffic, and development phasing, while ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory frameworks. The position requires engaging with consultants, including master planners, infrastructure specialists, and traffic engineers, while coordinating inputs from internal departments such as Design, Delivery, Sales, and Marketing. The Senior Manager will liaise with authorities and master developers to secure planning approvals, plot allocations, and ensure compliance with zoning regulations, FAR requirements, and infrastructure guidelines. Responsibilities include reviewing and validating master planning documents such as GFA breakdowns, land budgets, and zoning summaries, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency of submissions. The role also supports feasibility studies, highest-and-best-use assessments, and provides technical inputs for investment committee submissions and strategic land acquisitions. The candidate must have 10–15 years of master planning or urban development experience, strong knowledge of UAE regulatory processes, and proficiency in CAD, GIS, and planning tools. Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills are required to deliver planning presentations to leadership, partners, and key stakeholders.
