Job description
The Administrator for Facilities Management at BEEAH is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of building facilities to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient work environment for employees and visitors. The role includes coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendors, handling budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance, repair, and renovation activities for facilities, buildings, and equipment.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee service contracts for specialized facility services.
- Process and monitor work orders and maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, health standards, and safety regulations.
- Oversee facility budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Liaise with property management as needed to address facility-related matters.
- Support sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing energy consumption and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with all QHSE policies, procedures, legal requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Foster a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to company policies and industry standards.
- Participate in QHSE audits, risk assessments, and required training programs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and safety standards.
- Support environmental and safety initiatives aimed at minimizing risks and promoting sustainability.
- Regularly review and update processes to align with continuous improvement objectives.
- Actively engage in health, safety, and environmental training to ensure compliance and raise awareness.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2ā5 years of experience in facilities management or related field.
- Certifications such as FMP (Facility Management Professional) or CFM (Certified Facility Manager).
- Experience with project management and vendor negotiations.
- Proficiency in Arabic language (preferred).
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety protocols.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with facilities management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to respond quickly to facility emergencies.
- Experience with budget management and cost control.
