Job description
The Operations Executive (Fleet & Driver Operations Management) is responsible for supporting daily fleet and driver operations within Moove, a global mobility company providing ride-hailing fleet solutions through its Drive-to-Own (DTO) financing model. The role involves managing operational activities related to driver performance tracking, KPI monitoring, query resolution, cash collection tracking, and vehicle dispatch operations. The position requires maintaining accurate operational reports and data, managing driver onboarding, documentation, and deployment processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures. The role includes working with aggregator platforms such as Uber and Careem, verifying driver cash collections, reporting discrepancies, and maintaining leave tracking systems. The Operations Executive coordinates with internal departments to ensure seamless operational support and assists in dispatching vehicles for private and special trips. The position demands proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and requires strong experience in fleet management or transport operations environments such as limousine or ride-hailing services. The role contributes to operational efficiency in a fast-paced mobility environment, supporting large-scale fleet operations across multiple geographies.

- Resolve driver queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Track and monitor daily driver performance and KPIs ensuring operational targets are met
- Track, verify, and follow up on driver cash collections and report discrepancies
- Maintain and manage driver annual leave tracker and ensure proper documentation
- Assist in dispatching vehicles for private and special trips
- Support onboarding, documentation, and deployment of new drivers
- Maintain accurate operational reports and data for management reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operational support

Experience & skills
- Possess 2–3 years of experience in operations role within limousine, transport, or fleet management business
- Demonstrate knowledge of aggregator platforms such as Uber and Careem
- Exhibit strong working experience with MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Demonstrate experience in fleet management, driver operations, and KPI tracking
- Show ability to manage cash collection tracking and discrepancy reporting
- Demonstrate capability in onboarding, documentation, and deployment processes
- Exhibit ability to coordinate operations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Show familiarity with compliance monitoring and operational procedures
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities
