Job description
The Technical Account Director at Adobe will act as the senior technical liaison for some of Adobeās largest and most strategic customers in the MENA region, particularly in Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on driving customer adoption, success, risk mitigation, and satisfaction across Adobeās digital experience solutions. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure that clients maximize their investment in Adobe products and services.

Key responsibilities
- Lead customer engagement as the primary technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle
- Create and manage service delivery plans tailored to customer outcomes
- Assess technical risks and opportunities, and drive mitigation plans with Adobeās internal teams
- Act as a customer advocate internally to influence product roadmaps and support standards
- Ensure effective governance with executive stakeholders across customer and Adobe teams
- Optimize client investments and promote adoption of Adobeās digital experience solutions
- Coordinate global delivery engagement and cadence across multiple business units
- Engage Adobeās Customer Success, Engineering, Product, TechOps, and Consulting teams in customer solutions
- Lead and coordinate multi-party engagements and architectural discussions
- Mentor junior team members and provide thought leadership
- Drive innovation and support digital transformation journeys for strategic accounts
Experience & skills
- 10ā15 years of experience in consulting, customer support, or customer success roles in marketing technology
- Bachelorās degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
- Strong executive presence and ability to work with CXO-level stakeholders
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with Adobe products is preferred (AEM, AEP, Marketo, Campaign, Target, Analytics, etc.)
- Strong technical acumen in cloud, integrations, APIs, and marketing platforms
- Proven experience in risk management and multi-solution delivery coordination
- Understanding of development and deployment methodologies
- Ability to lead and execute strategic, high-impact customer engagements
- Willingness to travel (25ā50%)
