Job description
At Salesforce Revenue Cloud, the mission is to simplify and optimize the revenue lifecycle through innovative Quote-to-Cash and Revenue Lifecycle solutions. Built on the Salesforce platform, the suite includes CPQ, Billing, CLM, Order Management, and Subscription Management tools. The Lead, Specialist SE Revenue Cloud will act as a trusted advisor to customers, designing and demonstrating tailored solutions that drive business growth, efficiency, and transformation. The role blends business acumen, technical proficiency, and a passion for customer success, with a focus on value creation and customer ROI.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand customer challenges and uncover value opportunities
- Design solutions that demonstrate the capabilities of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ, Billing, CLM, and Subscription Management
- Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and whiteboarding sessions tailored to customer needs
- Educate internal and external stakeholders on industry best practices, trends, and product capabilities
- Keep abreast of product developments, roadmaps, and emerging technologies
- Support pre-sales activities including RFPs, discovery sessions, and technical solutioning
- Act as a subject matter expert in the areas of revenue lifecycle management and Salesforce ecosystem
- Enable customers to understand and adopt AI-driven insights and Agentforce innovations
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience in solution engineering or pre-sales roles
- Proficiency with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Sales Cloud or related CRM/ERP systems
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition, subscription billing, and SaaS models
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and public speaking skills
- Experience with web technologies, APIs, and integration scenarios
- Certifications in Salesforce CPQ, Billing, or Financial Management preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Industry Cloud or Commerce Cloud a plus
- Membership in CPA/ACCA or related organizations is an added advantage
- Experience with data and AI technologies desirable
