Job description
The Brand Manager for KIABI at Al-Futtaim Group will lead performance and profitability across all stores, ensuring brand compliance, operational excellence, and a strong customer experience. The role includes oversight of business strategy, people management, and brand growth across existing and new markets, reporting to senior management and working closely with HR and corporate teams.

Key responsibilities
- Lead margin strategy, commercial planning, and store layout decisions
- Ensure operational excellence in customer service, visual merchandising, and stock availability
- Implement audit and profit protection policies across all stores
- Develop operational budgets and cost controls
- Recruit and mentor retail staff, driving team development and succession planning
- Collaborate with brand partners to execute commercial and strategic goals
- Oversee store openings and market entry initiatives in compliance with corporate and brand policies
Experience & skills
- College or university degree required
- 3â7 yearsâ experience in fashion retail; managerial experience preferred
