Job description
PwC Middle East is seeking an Account Manager (Account Driver) to support the firm's largest regional accounts. This senior associate-level role will focus on strategic advisory and operational excellence, enabling client relationship partners to deliver high-quality service and drive growth. The Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams across lines of service and serve as a key liaison to ensure seamless account operations, organizational memory, and execution of best practices in client service and stakeholder engagement.

- Support the management of key client accounts across the Middle East region.
- Act as a strategic advisor, contributing to long-term client relationship success.
- Collaborate with Global Relationship Partners and service teams to align account strategy.
- Drive operational best practices in account management and engagement execution.
- Foster collaboration across Lines of Service to support cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure accurate documentation, account planning, and pipeline management.
- Track and report key account metrics and progress against business development goals.
- Help deliver high-quality client service with a focus on efficiency and value.
- Support client engagement processes, including meeting preparation and follow-ups.
- Promote a culture of inclusion and quality in all account activities.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5ā8 years of experience in account management, preferably in consulting, strategy, or a multinational firm.
- Strong internal and external networking and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in coordinating multi-stakeholder client accounts and service delivery.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and account tracking systems.
- Commitment to quality, collaboration, and client success.
