The Saudi National Marketing Officer at Madi International, a leading name in the beauty industry, is responsible for supporting and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives within the Marketing Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position requires conducting market research and competitor analysis to understand trends and opportunities within the local KSA market, monitoring marketing performance metrics, and reporting on ROI to evaluate campaign effectiveness. The officer manages social media presence and content coordination to ensure consistent brand communication in both Arabic and English. - Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital marketing and offline marketing channels by developing campaign calendars, coordinating promotional activities with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring timely execution of marketing campaigns, and aligning all initiatives with brand positioning and objectives within the beauty and FMCG sector.
- Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional internal teams to manage promotional activities, oversee production and distribution of marketing materials, support in-store branding execution, and ensure all campaign assets are delivered accurately and on schedule in Riyadh and across the KSA market.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to assess industry trends, consumer behavior, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics within the local market in KSA, and provide insights that inform marketing campaigns and product positioning decisions.
- Support product launches by assisting in launch planning, preparing marketing materials, coordinating in-store branding activities, monitoring retail implementation, and ensuring consistency of messaging across digital marketing and offline marketing touchpoints.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics across campaigns, track key performance indicators, analyze results to measure campaign effectiveness, and prepare detailed ROI reporting to evaluate return on investment and recommend optimizations for future marketing campaigns.
- Handle social media management and content coordination by planning content calendars, aligning posts with marketing campaigns and promotional activities, ensuring brand consistency in Arabic and English communication, and maintaining active engagement across relevant digital marketing platforms.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all marketing initiatives, maintain organized records of campaign performance and competitor analysis, and collaborate with the Marketing Department to refine strategies based on market research findings and ROI reporting outcomes.
- Support overall brand growth objectives by maintaining close coordination between digital marketing and offline marketing efforts, ensuring seamless integration of promotional activities, product launches, and in-store branding to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement in the Saudi market.
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and demonstrate at least 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the beauty or FMCG sector, with hands-on involvement in marketing campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, and in-store branding initiatives.
- Demonstrate practical experience in planning and executing digital marketing and offline marketing campaigns, including exposure to social media management, content coordination, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams to deliver integrated promotional activities.
- Possess strong knowledge of the local market in KSA, including consumer preferences, competitive landscape, and industry trends within the beauty and FMCG sector, supported by the ability to conduct structured market research and competitor analysis.
- Exhibit the ability to monitor marketing performance metrics, track key performance indicators, and prepare accurate ROI reporting to assess campaign effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making within the Marketing Department.
- Show experience in supporting product launches and executing in-store branding initiatives, ensuring brand consistency, compliance with brand guidelines, and alignment with overall marketing campaigns across Riyadh and broader Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing multiple promotional activities simultaneously, maintaining organized documentation of marketing campaigns, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure timely and effective execution of all marketing initiatives.
- Display fluency in Arabic and English to support bilingual marketing communication, social media management, and stakeholder coordination within the KSA market environment.
- Meet eligibility criteria as a Saudi National and demonstrate familiarity with working in the Riyadh market, contributing effectively to the Marketing Department’s objectives within the Saudi beauty industry.
