Job description
Space42 is a pioneering AI-powered SpaceTech company born from the merger of Bayanat and Yahsat. As the Senior Creative Lead, you will take charge of the companyâs branding and visual identity, developing high-impact creative strategies that fuse innovation with consistent corporate messaging. Youâll create both digital and print media, manage multimedia productions, lead internal branding campaigns, and integrate advanced AI tools into design workflows. This role requires someone with a passion for design and storytelling, fluent in both traditional design techniques and emerging AI-enhanced workflows. You will work across departments to ensure brand consistency and drive impactful communication, while also optimizing content for diverse platforms.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Design and produce digital and print collateral such as brochures, banners, reports, and social media assets
- Create and edit corporate videos, animations, and multimedia presentations
- Develop branding materials for internal and external events including conferences and exhibitions
- Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines for consistency in typography, color schemes, and messaging
- Conceptualize and execute innovative visual solutions that elevate brand engagement
- Manage the brand asset library and ensure accessibility and currency of brand files
- Oversee the production of branded merchandise with a tech-forward creative approach
- Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and Product teams to execute integrated campaigns
- Provide creative direction for product launches, announcements, and internal communications
- Support internal engagement initiatives with creative collateral and content
- Use Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools to produce designs and streamline workflows
- Optimize content for web, social media, and email marketing platforms
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and legal requirements for all creative assets
- Maintain a structured archive of completed projects and approval documentation
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 2â3 years of experience in graphic design, video production, and brand management
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
- Portfolio showcasing branding, digital media, and AI-enhanced creative work
- Experience using AI design tools such as DALL·E, Midjourney, and Canva AI
- English proficiency (TOEFL 530 / IELTS 5.5 or equivalent); Arabic is a plus
