Job description
The Talent Acquisition Manager at Injaz - PICG (People & Intellectual Capital Group) will execute recruitment strategies across UAE, MGN, and overseas locations to meet manpower requirements. The role involves designing efficient hiring processes, sourcing talent globally, leading Emiratisation initiatives, negotiating compensation, and building a strong employment brand. The manager will adopt innovative and sustainable TA practices, leverage digital platforms, and contribute to Mashreq’s positioning as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities
- Partner with Groups/Divisions in UAE, MGN, and overseas countries to proactively fill manpower requirements.
- Design and implement efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective recruitment strategies.
- Source qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and organize/execution of assessment centers.
- Negotiate and recommend grade, salary, and benefits for new recruits while maintaining internal equity.
- Evaluate new recruitment markets/avenues and maintain an active candidate database.
- Ensure diverse, qualified, and culturally fit candidates are presented to the business.
- Support Emiratisation initiatives and hires in UAE.
- Research and evaluate alternate staffing models for cost-effective and flexible manning.
- Build and leverage e-recruitment platforms and external sites for global sourcing.
- Identify and negotiate with recruitment consultancies worldwide.
- Create and implement an end-to-end hiring process ensuring positive candidate experience.
- Conduct due diligence on external recruits including reference checks and screening.
- Research best and innovative TA and PICG practices and assess feasibility of adoption.
- Adopt lean methodology and contribute to sustainability and digitization efforts.
- Promote Mashreq’s reputation as a best place to work.
- Lead employment branding initiatives.
- Create, maintain, and report TA KPIs.
Experience & skills
- Professional or relevant postgraduate management qualification.
- At least 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of technology and its impact on recruitment.
- Knowledge of banking/financial services industry is a distinct advantage.
- Experience in evaluating candidates for job and profile fit.
- Fair knowledge of immigration and labor law.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Creative, results-driven, and able to drive innovative TA practices.
