Job description
The Senior Program Manager - Network Health & Trust & Safety at Amazon Middle East and North Africa FZ-LLC owns complex, high-impact programs that protect customers, partners, and the business within Amazonās Last Mile operations across the AMET region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Turkey). The role focuses on end-to-end delivery of Trust & Safety and Network Health programs, identifying systemic risks, compliance gaps, and driving scalable solutions. The position requires balancing safety, compliance, and operational reality, working across multiple teams without direct authority, connecting disparate teams, turning ambiguity into execution plans, and delivering measurable impact. Responsibilities include ensuring DSP compliance with Amazonās Supply Chain Standards and local labor regulations, overseeing driver-level safety programs, identity verification, incident resolution (ID Check, APEA, DAF), performance reviews, and enforcement lifecycle management. The role involves deep data analysis, aligning product, operations, legal, and analytics priorities, setting clear goals and success metrics, improving processes, and translating complex issues into actionable updates for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Trust & Safety and Network Health programs from problem definition to execution and sustained outcomes
- Identify systemic risks and compliance gaps and design scalable solutions
- Drive program execution across multiple teams with competing priorities
- Set clear goals, milestones, and success metrics for complex initiatives
- Act as a thought partner to senior leadership on risk, safety, and long-term strategy
- Build durable mechanisms to track progress and enforce standards
- Raise the bar on program design, review, and communication
- Analyze data to understand emerging risks and their causes
- Align with product, operations, legal, and analytics partners on priorities and trade-offs
- Challenge unclear plans and push for sharper problem statements and success metrics
- Review program progress, unblock teams, and escalate issues when needed
- Translate complex issues into clear updates for senior stakeholders
- Improve existing processes to shift teams from reactive to proactive operations
Experience & skills
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, and array formulas
- 2+ years of experience driving process improvements (preferred)
- Masterās degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field (preferred)
