Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete product lifecycle, encompassing development, testing, deployment, and client implementation phases
• Ensure all deliverables align with business requirements, meet quality standards, and adhere to agreed timelines and budgets
• Track and report on KPIs, success metrics, and overall project health to key stakeholders and management
• Develop detailed project plans outlining milestones, deliverables, resources, budgets, and timelines
• Collaborate with the Product Management team to align on roadmap priorities and ensure timely execution of product features
• Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies for iterative development and continuous improvement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including internal teams, clients, and executive leadership
• Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare updates, and escalate issues or risks
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and manage expectations
• Oversee cross-functional teams, encouraging a culture of collaboration and high performance
• Provide mentorship, conduct performance reviews, and implement development plans
• Establish and enforce quality standards for coding, testing, deployment, and implementation
• Implement DevSecOps best practices to streamline deployment and enhance automation
• Drive continuous process improvement for efficiency
• Guide technical decisions, assess risks, and solve complex challenges
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with product vision
• Lead client onboarding, product adoption, and system integration
• Oversee implementations and manage support and post-deployment monitoring
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with industry standards
