Job description
The Head of Account Management for Deliveroo Kuwait will lead the Account Management team during maternity cover, managing key restaurant and chain partnerships, driving performance, and expanding Deliveroo’s market presence. The role focuses on strategic account leadership, team management, relationship development, and commercial growth. This position requires balancing client expectations, operational excellence, and revenue targets while building a motivated, high-performing team.

Key responsibilities
- Lead Deliveroo’s Account Management strategy in Kuwait, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives
- Manage and grow relationships with high-profile F&B groups, negotiating contracts and driving business expansion
- Oversee a portfolio of restaurants, analyzing performance data to maximize order volume and growth potential
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Corporate) to ensure business growth and operational efficiency
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and motivate a team of account managers to meet aggressive targets
- Represent Deliveroo at industry events and build its reputation as a leading food delivery partner
- Adhere to internal processes to streamline administrative support and reporting
- Develop and execute account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and partnership goals
- Support the onboarding and engagement of new restaurant partners to drive expansion
Experience & skills
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales leadership roles
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth
- Experience managing and mentoring teams in a high-growth or startup environment
- Strong knowledge of the restaurant and F&B industry is a plus
- Analytical, organized, and able to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project/program management tools
- Self-starter with the ability to drive results independently
- Fluent in English and Arabic
