The Senior Consultant - Government and Public Institutions role at Oliver Wyman involves working with government and public sector clients across the Middle East to deliver strategic, operational, and organizational solutions that drive meaningful impact. Key responsibilities
- Frame hypotheses and initiate research to identify actionable insights for clients.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to structure and solve complex strategic and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with global colleagues and clients to design, develop, and implement impactful solutions.
- Develop specialized expertise within government and public institutions while contributing to multi-industry engagements.
- Present findings and recommendations to client executives in a clear and structured manner.
- Work on engagements that may involve risk management, operational improvement, and organizational transformation.
- Participate in knowledge creation, thought leadership, and internal firm development initiatives.
- Support project delivery while demonstrating ownership, analytical rigor, and a results-oriented mindset.
Experience & skills
- Holds a degree from a top academic program.
- Has 3ā4 years of relevant experience, ideally at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar organization.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (required).
- Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Displays a proactive, can-do attitude with curiosity and drive to learn.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel across the region as required.
- Exposure to government or public sector institutions is advantageous but not mandatory.
