Job description
In this role you will generate revenue growth and profitability by selling Pharmacy Automation products, solutions, and services within the United Arab Emirates at BD, managing the Northern Emirates. You will focus on identifying business opportunities, developing customer relationships, managing accounts, and delivering sales objectives while maintaining a customer-centric approach. You will identify business opportunities for Pharmacy Automation products and relevant stakeholders within assigned accounts and territories, working closely with sales, marketing, and solution-design teams to develop customer opportunities. You are responsible for developing and executing territory and account plans aligned with regional sales strategies, and achieving agreed annual sales, revenue, and growth targets. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers, and managing complex multi-account agreements and negotiations. You will convert sales opportunities into profitable business outcomes, and you are responsible for maintaining accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records. In this role you will collaborate across functions to deliver customer solutions and business growth, drawing on your understanding of connected care technologies that use automation, artificial intelligence, and analytics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of patient care.
