Job description
The Business Development Representative – Turkish Speaking role at Cloudflare in Dubai is part of a high-growth sales organization focused on generating qualified pipeline and supporting enterprise sales teams within a global internet security and performance company. Cloudflare operates one of the world’s largest global networks, protecting and accelerating Internet applications for customers ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 enterprises. The role is responsible for developing new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads, acting as the first point of contact for potential customers, and qualifying opportunities for enterprise sales engagement. The position requires strong customer-centric communication skills, fluency in English and Turkish, and the ability to understand technical concepts related to Cloudflare’s cybersecurity, CDN, and internet infrastructure solutions. The role involves working closely with account executives, marketing, sales operations, and fellow BDRs, using Salesforce (SFDC) and outreach tools to manage leads, track performance, and report sales activity. The representative is expected to map customer pain points to Cloudflare’s product suite, contribute to pipeline growth, and maintain a structured, metrics-driven sales approach in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound and marketing-generated leads
- Develop and generate qualified sales pipeline for enterprise sales teams
- Qualify customer needs, pain points, and use cases and map them to Cloudflare solutions
- Engage with prospects to create excellent customer experiences
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, Sales Operations, and other BDRs
- Track, manage, and report sales activities using Salesforce (SFDC)
- Meet and manage quotas related to qualified opportunities and pipeline generation
- Contribute to development and improvement of sales processes and workflows
- Support cross-functional sales execution in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain continuous learning of Cloudflare products and technical solutions
Experience & skills
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in technology/SaaS
- Fluency in English and Turkish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) and outreach tools preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Customer-centric mindset with empathy and curiosity
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
