Principal Consultant – Oracle SCM Cloud role at Infosys ITL UAE (Business Unit EAS – Oracle) in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates under Infosys Limited involves leading Oracle SCM Cloud implementation programs across Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications environments. The role requires extensive Oracle SCM Cloud expertise including Oracle Procurement Cloud, Oracle Order Management Cloud, and Oracle Inventory Cloud, with responsibility for full lifecycle enterprise implementation engagements. The Principal Consultant contributes across consulting lifecycle phases including business process consulting, problem definition, solution proposal, solution creation, system configuration, deployment, and post-implementation support. The role involves defining project scope, guiding project teams on deliverables and processes, contributing to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building. The consultant performs hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud configuration including analysis and configuration of cloud components, custom fields, custom objects, Descriptive Flex Fields (DFFs), and reporting structures. The position requires strong expertise in REST API-based integrations including design and mapping between source and target systems across transactional and configuration data, as well as identification of discrepancies in complex scenarios. The role includes leading multiple full-scale Oracle SCM Cloud implementations, managing teams of 10+ resources in solution architect capacity, and working in global delivery environments with offshore collaboration. Responsibilities include driving business process modelling and simplification, delivering scalable consulting solutions, and engaging stakeholders across technical, business, and management domains. The role may also involve production support activities, data migration exposure, and mentoring team members while ensuring high analytical quality, customer orientation, and solution accuracy in enterprise transformation programs.

- Lead Oracle SCM Cloud implementation programs including Oracle Procurement Cloud, Oracle Order Management Cloud, and Oracle Inventory Cloud across enterprise environments
- Define business problems and propose end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across consulting lifecycle phases
- Perform business process consulting, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions
- Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud applications including custom fields, custom objects, DFFs, and reporting components
- Design and manage REST API-based integrations including mapping between source and target systems for transactional and configuration data
- Lead teams of 10+ resources in solution architect capacity and guide project delivery processes and outputs
- Collaborate with offshore delivery teams to execute implementation and business scenarios in global delivery environments
- Contribute to proposal development, client training, internal capability building, and solution scoping activities
Experience & skills
- Possess minimum 12+ years of Information Technology experience
- Demonstrate at least 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
- Demonstrate experience leading Oracle Procurement Cloud, Oracle Order Management Cloud, and Oracle Inventory Cloud programs
- Demonstrate experience in at least two to three full Oracle SCM Cloud implementation projects
- Possess strong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment of Oracle SCM solutions
- Demonstrate hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud configuration including custom fields, DFFs, and reporting components
- Demonstrate ability to design REST API-based integrations and system mapping between enterprise systems
- Demonstrate experience managing solution architecture teams of 10+ resources in global delivery environments
