Job description
The Global Telemarketing Executive at Cigna Healthcare is responsible for handling incoming customer queries and generating sales via outbound calls, specifically within a highly regulated international health insurance environment. The role emphasizes delivering an accurate, smooth, and efficient sales process while maintaining compliance and integrity. Executives are expected to meet sales targets, manage client inquiries related to policy terms, benefits, and eligibility, and document all customer interactions accurately. This position requires a shift-based schedule to accommodate a 24-hour, 6-day operational model supporting global clients. The role demands a strong customer focus, telemarketing experience, and proficiency in Microsoft applications and internal systems. It involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders including client management and medical staff to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming queries from web-based customers and generate sales through outbound calls
- Ensure an accurate, efficient, and smooth sales process

Experience & skills
- Have 1–2 years of experience in the health industry, insurance, or outbound sales
- Demonstrate a proven track record in telemarketing sales
- Exhibit strong customer focus and problem-solving abilities
- Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Be able to work effectively in a team environment and manage workflow
- Have basic system navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft applications
- Be available to work shift patterns across a 24-hour, 6-day-per-week schedule
