Job description
This role serves as the Customer Relationship Manager for Zurich Workplace Solutionsā administration of the DIFC Employee Workplace Savings plan (DEWS), acting as the trusted face of the organization and central point for client engagement, satisfaction, and scheme-related support. Operating on-site daily in Dubai, this position requires deep expertise in employee benefits and workplace savings, including in-depth understanding of Defined Contribution (DC) and Defined Benefit (DB) structures, regional end-of-service gratuity frameworks, and compliance requirements for dealings with intermediaries, trustees, companies, and members. The role includes producing accurate Management Information (MI) reports, guiding clients through scheme features and investment considerations, maintaining strong client and partner relationships, tracking and reporting scheme activity, presenting to stakeholders, preparing meeting minutes, identifying commercial opportunities, and representing Zurichās brand and values. It demands strong organizational abilities, advanced proficiency in office software packages such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and the capability to translate customer needs into actionable deliverables within a customer service-focused financial services environment.

- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams

- Produce accurate Management Information (MI) reports and internal data outputs

- Stay knowledgeable about workplace savings, end-of-service gratuity, and employee benefit solutions
- Educate clients about investment features and plan benefits

- Support clients with timely information, updates, and scheme guidance
- Collaborate with senior managers to track performance and identify commercial opportunities
- Show consistent work ethic and presence, engaging with clients daily
- Send meeting minutes and visit summaries promptly and track action items
- Act as the face of Zurich to external parties
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate deep understanding of employee benefits and workplace savings in the region, including Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit schemes
- Possess over 10 years of experience in a related field
- Show strong relationship management capabilities with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Display exceptional presentation skills for diverse stakeholders
- Have proven financial services industry experience in a customer service-focused role
- Understand customer needs and adviser requirements
- Translate customer requirements into practical outputs
- Use Arabic communication skills effectively where applicable
- Possess solid understanding of compliance requirements with intermediaries, trustees, companies and members
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and understanding of business targets
- Exhibit excellent communication, influence, and motivation abilities
- Show outstanding organizational and prioritization skills
