Job description
The Digital, Marketing Communication & Branding Expert will lead Zain Bahrain’s Marketing Communication team, driving ATL, BTL, and digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand, products, and services. The role is responsible for brand management, integrated marketing campaigns, content creation, paid and organic advertising, SEO/SEM strategy, and performance reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ROI.

Key responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and identity through clear guidelines and consistent messaging.
- Lead the marketing communication team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
- Oversee the creation of content calendars for websites, social media, newsletters, and indirect channels.
- Develop trend-savvy content, leveraging TikTok, Instagram, and AI-powered tools for engaging visuals and copy.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns across video, social, radio, Google display ads, billboards, and digital screens.
- Monitor production and distribution of marketing materials across retail, indirect, and event channels.
- Develop and manage SEM & SEO strategies, ensuring updates to content, metadata, and page structures for ranking improvement.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as traffic, conversions, and ROI, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with sales, product, customer service, and IT to integrate marketing efforts across the organization.
- Analyze social media insights, research, and reports to recommend improvements.
- Ensure up-to-date content across digital screens, retail, events, and activation channels.
- Evaluate campaign performance, recommend enhancements, and monitor implementation.
- Manage external suppliers, creative agencies, and media partners to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Expertise in marketing, branding, advertising, and digital communication.
- Experience in social media management and content marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising including SEM and SEO.
- Understanding of telecom industry and customer insights.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
