The Firefly Product Sales Specialist – Middle East is a senior enterprise sales professional role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (KAFD), supporting Adobe Middle East as a strategic hub for growth aligned with Vision 2030. Operating 40 hours per week, this position focuses on helping enterprise clients scale creative asset production with Adobe Firefly Enterprise Solutions. The role partners closely with Adobe Account Executives to grow existing business through cross-sell and upsell opportunities and supports Multi-Product Enterprise Solutions, Strategic Firefly-only Solutions, and general Firefly sales engagements as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). The specialist is responsible for navigating complex enterprise organizations to drive a successful end-to-end sales cycle, from account planning and whitespace analysis through pipeline development, sales stage progression, proposal building, contract pricing negotiation, and contractual agreement closure. The role requires a strong background in SaaS solutions and enterprise solution sales within sophisticated sales models, with proven experience consulting and selling digital transformation initiatives to C-Suite and VP-level executives across IT and Business segments. The specialist must deliver effective product demonstrations, use cases, differentiated value positioning, and sales pitches, while developing compelling Creative GenAI arguments supported by return on investment and cost/benefit analysis. Knowledge of generative AI technologies including deep learning, neural networks, and generative models is advantageous, as is experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, and Adobe Experience Cloud products such as AEM and AEP. The role demands coordination of pre-sales, product, and commercial expertise, project management of key deliverables against established timelines, and strong understanding of creative workflows and the design process to identify integration opportunities for generative AI. The position requires a minimum of 5+ years of consistent enterprise-level, technical solution direct sales expertise, with a track record of quota overachievement and experience in emerging or creative technologies environments.

Key responsibilities
- Partner with Adobe Account Executives to support Multi-Product Enterprise Solutions, Strategic Firefly-only Solutions, and general Firefly sales engagements as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe Firefly Enterprise Solutions.
- Develop targeted account strategies and tactical penetration plans through structured account planning and whitespace analysis to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within enterprise accounts.
- Build and develop a robust sales pipeline by identifying cross-sell opportunities, partnering with pre-sales teams to drive maturity and sales stage progression, and preparing opportunities for in-quarter execution.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, use cases, and sales pitches by positioning differentiated value and vision of Creative GenAI and Adobe Firefly Enterprise Solutions aligned to customer needs.
- Develop strong Creative GenAI arguments emphasizing thought leadership, differentiated value proposition, and return on investment supported by cost/benefit analysis to influence C-Suite and VP-level stakeholders.
- Coordinate pre-sales, product, and commercial expertise throughout the sales cycle while project managing key deliverables to established timelines to ensure a successful start-to-finish sales process.
- Build proposals, negotiate contract pricing and contractual agreements, and close enterprise SaaS solution sales in alignment with quota and revenue targets.
- Maintain and develop executive-level relationships across IT and Business segments, guiding enterprise organizations through digital transformation and generative AI adoption initiatives.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5+ years of consistent enterprise-level, technical solution direct sales expertise within a sophisticated SaaS solutions sales model, with a strong track record of quota overachievement.
- Show proven experience consulting and selling digital transformation and enterprise solutions to C-Suite and VP-level executives across IT and Business segments within large enterprise organizations.
- Possess experience in SaaS solution environments and strong solution selling capabilities, including enterprise solution sales, account planning, whitespace analysis, pipeline development, and contract negotiation.
- Exhibit knowledge of generative AI technologies including deep learning, neural networks, and generative models, with the ability to position Creative GenAI solutions within creative workflows and the design process.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, and Adobe Experience Cloud products such as AEM and AEP as advantageous technical domain knowledge.
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification/experience and demonstrate the ability to coordinate pre-sales, product, and commercial expertise while managing complex sales cycles and executive-level engagements.
